TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Berg of Norway is an online store offering digital knitting patterns in PDF format.
All patterns are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

1. THE PARTIES
Seller: Berg of Norway, hereafter referred to as the Seller.
Buyer: The consumer who completes a purchase through this online store.
2. PRICE
All prices are listed in NOK (for Norway), EUR (for EU countries), and USD (for other regions).
Prices may be shown including or excluding taxes, depending on the buyer’s location.
Taxes or duties outside Norway are calculated automatically at checkout according to local regulations.
3. AGREEMENT
When the order is completed, the purchase agreement is binding for both parties.
All products are digital and delivered electronically.
4. DELIVERY
After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link to the PDF file.
Access is provided immediately upon payment confirmation.
If any errors occur in the file, updated versions may be sent to you free of charge.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As all products are digital downloads, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been made available to the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for selecting the correct item before purchase.
6. DELAYS
If the file link is not received within 24 hours, please contact the Seller.
Delays may be caused by incorrect email address, full storage, or software issues.
In case of significant delivery issues, the Buyer may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law.
7. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
