Gardener socks have climbing leaf vines as the main pattern and the pattern consists of elements from traditional Norwegian knitting. They keep you warm in your boots while picking berries or raking leaves, but they are also great with your legs up on the sofa during your coffee break.
Knit in the colors of your favorite flower, or make several pairs and have a whole garden! The socks are knitted top down, either with three colors as pictured or with the toe, heel and rib in the same color as the leaves.
The pattern has 76 sts and the size is adjusted by changing gauge. Use measurements to find the correct size.
The pattern has two options for the toe and heel.
There are links to instructional videos in the pattern.
Yarn suggestions: Sandnes Sisu, Drops Fabel, Viking Frøya, etc. Other sock yarns with a length of approx. 175-210 meters per 50 g can also be used. The socks pictured in the pattern are knitted with Viking Frøya.
